Bulk Upload with Siebel Vanilla Template POC

Step1: For bulk upload, customer will update Action_Set worksheet in Bulk Request Form with desired field value to be uploaded into siebel and Bulk Request Template XSD. Put both 2 files in predefind path in server Ex D:\BulkRequestTemplate.

Step2: Go to “Meta Data” worksheet, Click on “Export to XML”. Template XML with proper data will be created on same folder.

Step3: Go to Bulk Request Screen-> Bulk Request List. Create new request to import data into siebel. Drilldown on “Request Name” hyperlink.You will navigated to “Bulk Request Users Actions View” .

Step4: Click on “Import” button to import data XML. You will get popup to select XML file.

Step5: Select XML file to be imported in siebel and click on “Import” button. XML data will be imported in siebel.

Step6: Data will be imported in siebel.
